♦ Purchase Tickets Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. You may purchase tickets for and receive your awards at either (but not both) of the two ceremonies scheduled for October 28:

• A luncheon ceremony from 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM | 15:00
  Tickets for the luncheon ceremony are $595 each, or $5,850 for a table for 10 persons. Luncheon ticket sales will close after 70 winning organizations have reserved tickets for it.

• An evening ceremony from 6:15 PM | 18:15 to 10:00 PM | 22:00
  Tickets for the evening ceremony are $645 each, or $6,350 for a table for 10 persons.
  
  Ticket prices for both ceremonies will rise by $50/per on September 16.

No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after Friday, October 16.

Order your tickets early as tickets are very likely to sell out! Last day for ticket sales: October 21.

♦ Reserve a Sponsored Table for 10 Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, branding of your table, branding in presentations, your logo on red-carpet signage so that it appears in all red-carpet photographs and video interviews, a full-page ad in the program book, and the right to speak for up to 60 seconds on stage (rather than the standard 30 seconds). Cost of a sponsored table is $7,600. Last day to reserve a sponsored table: September 23. Last day to cancel a sponsored table for a refund: September 23

♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for Pullman Paris Montparnasse, setting for the October 28 event. Set in the heart of Paris. The discounted rate will expire at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, October 9, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.

♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Event Program Book. The program will be distributed to the 400+ attendees of both the luncheon and evening ceremonies, plus an additional 15,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website. Cost: $495. Reservation Deadline: September 23.

♦ Distribute Literature About Your Organization to Awards Event Attendees: You may provide a flyer or small brochure to be distributed on all of the seats at the awards gala. Cost: $350. Reservation Deadline: September 23.
