Executive Chairman

Michael Gallagher’s career reflects his passion for recognizing achievement across the diverse spectrum of business. To honor the millions of business executives and workers worldwide who quietly accomplish innovative and extraordinary things in the workplace every day, Michael founded the Stevie® Awards in 2002. The name Stevie comes from the Greek name Stefanos, which means "crowned." Michael’s commitment to honoring excellence was sparked during his tenure as Vice President of The New York Festivals, organizer of some of the world’s largest international awards competitions for film, television, advertising, and other media. Under his leadership from 1982 to 1988, The New York Festivals significantly expanded its global influence by adding new awards competitions in fields such as radio and print advertising. Michael holds a bachelor of arts from Fordham University in New York City and a master of business administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Maggie Miller

President

Maggie was the Communications Manager at the Stevie Awards for 6 years before accepting the role of President. She works as a jack of all trades for the nine Stevie Awards competitions by managing marketing, accounting, HR efforts, and more with her amazing colleagues listed below. She loves how the Stevie Awards allows professionals all over the globe, from entry-level to executives, to be recognized for their daily efforts and innovations. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University, both in Virginia.

Elizabeth McGinn

Judging Coordinator

Elizabeth started as a temp before becoming the Assistant Judging Coordinator and has been with the Stevie Awards since 2017 as Assistant Judging Coordinator. Elizabeth assigns judges to suitable categories and overviews the judging process. With the increasing number of judges required for the Stevie Awards programs, she also plays a key role in keeping records of each judge’s performance. Elizabeth can typically be found at the Stevie Awards events in New York, assisting at the Ticket Desk or the Interview Station.

Nina Moore

Director of Marketing and Communications

Nina Moore is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Stevie® Awards, where she leads the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across the nine Stevie Awards programs. Her work spans email marketing, social media, advertising, and website content, while driving the ongoing growth of the Stevie Awards, including the annual Women|Future Webinars (formerly Women|Future Conference). In her role, Nina also manages press inquiries, interview requests, and guides Stevie Award winners on how to effectively leverage their recognition through a range of promotional assets and tools. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She brings a competitive mindset and drive to succeed to the Stevie Awards.

Lindsey Brill

Director of Event Management & Production

As the Director of Event Management & Production, Lindsey leads the planning and execution of the Stevie® Awards events across the world. She also coordinates the virtual events and marketing efforts surrounding the Women|Future Webinar series. Lindsey began her event planning career at Clemson University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Over the past 10 years, her love for both logistics and creative production has blossomed as she has built a dynamic career spanning the hotel, hospitality, and corporate sectors. In her free time, she enjoys photography, relaxing on the water and playing with her energetic puppy, Sonny!

Roman Dadiomoff image

Roman Dadiomoff

Director of Operations

Roman serves as Director of Operations for the Stevie® Awards, supporting the operational needs of the organization’s nine awards competitions. Since joining the Stevie Awards as an Executive Assistant, he has progressed through the role of Operations Manager to lead a broad range of operational initiatives across the organization. Roman oversees key processes that support competition administration and winner communications, including the preparation of winner announcements and mailings. He has also played a leading role in the development and implementation of the Stevie Awards’ new websites, helping create digital platforms that serve entrants, judges, winners, and the organization’s global audience. With extensive experience working in a small, collaborative team, Roman contributes across departments to keep projects moving efficiently and ensure the organization’s programs run smoothly. He is proud to help the Stevie Awards recognize outstanding achievement by individuals and organizations worldwide. Outside of work, Roman enjoys spending time with his wife, Gretchen, and their two cats.

Katina McCrory

Client Service Manager

As the Client Service Manager for the Stevie Awards, Katina does some of everything. She ensures that the office continues running smoothly, from processing and issuing invoices to handling all award shipments to processing store orders. She has been with the Stevie Awards since October 2014 and has assisted in several areas for all nine Stevie Awards competitions throughout the year. Katina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from The Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Hal Goldberg

Entry Processor

Hal Goldberg has 20-plus years of experience in the business and commercial media awards recognition industry as an entry processor, customer service associate, and administrator. He was previously attached to the New York Festivals, where he processed thousands of entries each year, providing technical assistance to entrants with nominations into the festivals for its many competitions. He is now doing the same for entrants in the Stevie Awards and its many competitions.

Alissa Soriano

Graphic Designer

Alissa started with the Stevie Awards as a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist before becoming a Graphic Designer. She is responsible for creating graphics and visual elements for the Women|Future Webinars (formerly Women|Future Conference) and Stevie Awards program and managing digital marketing efforts. From brochures and social media images to advertising campaigns, Alissa prioritizes professionalism and clarity. Previously, Alissa was a Design Manager and Marketing Coordinator in the hospitality and nonprofit industries. Alissa is certified in Social Marketing and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.

Communication Consultant for the Middle East Stevie Awards

May has over 20 years of experience with large multinational organizations as a Marketing/Communications professional. She has a strong managerial background with executive-level and cross-sector exposure. May takes pride in her strategic skills and vision and can build and implement sophisticated plans in her role. She has a proven track record explicitly supporting business needs. May promotes the Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards program for 18 nations in the Middle East and North Africa region by providing entrant and marketing support for the awards and its sponsors.

Amanda Del Signore

Editorial Manager

Amanda plays a central role in the editorial, digital content, and communications operations of the Stevie Awards. She oversees editorial initiatives across all Stevie Awards programs, including writing and editing winner profiles, producing the weekly Stevie Awards Update newsletter, developing award ceremony scripts and pronunciation guides for international events, and managing website content to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications. Amanda also supports the organization's marketing efforts through blog writing, editorial review, email campaigns, and social media content, helping maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. She collaborates across departments on major initiatives, including the Women|Future Webinars, supporting content strategy, digital publishing, and event production. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and a Master of Arts in English Literature from Arcadia University.

Laydy Reyes

Judging Assistant

Laydy is the Judging Assistant for the Stevie Awards. She assists the Judging Coordinators and the judges in our various programs. Laydy has many years of administrative experience and a background in working with nonprofits and education. She feels very inspired by learning about the various innovations that award-winning businesses are doing worldwide. Traveling, learning about the history of the area, engaging with locals, and, of course, sampling different foods are some of her favorite things to do. Laydy graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs and a Minor in Business.

Bryn Collier

Data Analyst

Bryn is a Data Analyst at the Stevie Awards. He provides various data and marketing analytics services. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker, writer, computer hobbyist, and history buff. Bryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University with minors in Mathematics and Global Systems.
