Sudhir Ananthuni is a Director in PwC’s Financial Services Advisory practice, where he leads Oracle Cloud–enabled finance transformation engagements for the firm’s most strategic financial services, insurance, and asset management clients. With more than two decades of experience in finance modernization, he has established himself as one of the industry’s foremost practitioners in translating complex finance and accounting requirements into scalable, cloud-based architectures that deliver measurable business outcomes. At PwC, Sudhir oversees engagements representing more than $30 million in annual revenue and over $60 million in multi-year client commitments across a portfolio of Fortune 500 organizations. His work spans the full lifecycle of large-scale transformation programs, from prospect generation, proposal leadership, and solution architecture through to global delivery with deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Fusion Data Intelligence. He is equally at home in executive conversations with chief financial officers, controllers, and chief technology officers as he is in the technical detail of chart of accounts redesign, ledger architecture, master data governance, intercompany processing, and statutory reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and India GAAP. Among his key engagements is a multi-year, multi-phase finance transformation for a Fortune 500 specialty insurer, where his team reduced consolidation cycles to under fifteen minutes, cut ledger and transaction volumes by approximately 40 percent, and eliminated manual close activities through end-to-end automation. He previously led one of the largest Oracle Cloud finance transformation programs in the global insurance industry, training over 1,000 users worldwide and consolidating 1,500-plus reports into fewer than 150, delivered on time and on budget through the height of the Pandemic. A recognized thought leader, Sudhir is a frequent speaker at Oracle Cloud World and Oracle AI World, has presented on PwC’s FPA webcast series, contributed & published articles in FinTech Weekly and the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Analysis (IJMRA), and authored white papers on finance transformation. His perspective regularly shapes Oracle’s product roadmap, where he collaborates directly with Oracle development teams to advance EPM and FCCS capabilities for the financial services and insurance industries. He is the recipient of a Bronze Stevie® Award for Technical Professional of the Year at the American Business Awards.
